What is Volbella?
Volbella’s makeup paired with delivery through an extra-fine needle allows Dr. Armstrong to give you the sultry lips you desire without having to worry about looking fake or “overdone.” Volbella is also popularly used to reduce the appearance of lipstick lines, or verticle lip lines, that are common among more mature women.

What Can I Expect During my
Volbella Treatment?
Your Volbella treatment will be performed by Dr. Jennifer Armstrong in our state-of-the-art facility. Before your Volbella injections begin, a topical anesthetic may be applied to your treatment area. Volbella also contains lidocaine which reduces sensitivity and pain throughout treatment. Once numb, Dr. Armstrong will begin carefully and strategically making a series of Volbella injections into your lips until you’ve reached your desired look. The entire treatment process generally takes less than 30 minutes to complete.
What Can I Expect After my
Volbella Treatment?
Volbella is a minimally invasive injectable treatment, after which patients typically report returning back to their normal daily activities including work. Mild swelling, tenderness, and bruising around your lips are normal and typically subside within a few days of treatment. While you will see most results of your Volbella treatments immediately following your appointment, ultimate results will become visible once all swelling subsides about seven to 10 days later. Your Volbella results have the potential to last up to a year, but Dr. Armstrong and her team generally recommend receiving regular treatments every nine to 12 months to maintain your desired look.
